Pre-requirements Before Taking the Assessment
System Readiness
• Ensure your laptop/desktop is fully charged or connected to a power source.
• Verify a stable and high-speed internet connection (minimum 4 MBPS upload and
download).
• Make sure you close all the applications running in the background.
Resolving Windows Alert While Installing Neo Browser
Dear Students,
We would like to inform you that while downloading the Neo Browser application, you may have encountered a
"Virus Detected" warning. Please be assured that this issue is not caused by the Neo Browser itself, but appears to
be a result of recent Windows updates, which are incorrectly flagging the .exe installation file.
We want to emphasize that Neo Browser is completely safe and does not contain any harmful or virus-related
components. Your system's security remains a top priority for us.
Before downloading the Neo browser, please follow the steps shown in the video below.

Once downloaded remove the path which we added in the exclusion in the windows security.

Installation and test taking procedure for Neobrowser in Windows
Step 1: Open the Google Chrome browser and log in to your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the respective course and select the test.
Step 3: Click on the option to download the new browser application. The latest Neo Browser will be
downloaded to your system.Step 4: When you click on the downloaded file, it will show this popup. Click More info and click run anyway.Step 6: Click yes for User Account Control
Step 7: Click installStep 8: Click Finish.
How to take assessment in neo browser
Before opening the Neo Browser application, ensure that all other applications are closed and not running in
the background.
Step 1: Click on the search icon near the windows icon in desktop.Step 2: Search for Neo Browser and click open.
Step 3: Once you click open it will throw the below error message.
Important Note: While taking any assessment in the Neo Browser we must close all the background running
applications.
In the error message you could see a message to please close: Teams, msedge, WhatsApp etc.
We need to close all the applications listed in the error messageTo close all the applications, follow the below steps
Step 4: Click on the search icon near the windows icon in desktop.
Step 5: And search for task manager and click on open.
Step 6: Once the task manager open search for the applications listed in the error message.Step 7: Right click on the application and click end task.
Step 8: Repeat the above steps and end task all the application displayed in the error message.
After closing all the application click check again
Step 9: The pop below will arise. It will ask for confirmation to disable the windows key. Click yes to
proceed further.Step 10: It will ask for confirmation to make changes to your device. Click Yes to enter into the application.
Enter the correct login URL to access your account.
Step 11: Enter the correct login URL to access your account.
Step 12: Provide your registered username and password to log in.Step 13: Locate the respective test and click on the "Take Test" option.
Step 14: The Terms and Conditions page will appear. Read through the terms carefully and click "Agree
and Proceed."Step 15: The system will now check for any background applications running.
• If any applications are detected, an error message will appear specifying the
applications that need to be closed. Exit the browser, close the mentioned applications in task manager,
and try again.
If no applications are running, you will be allowed to proceed with the assessment.Step 16: Click Continue Test to proceed into the assessment.
Step 17: You will need to wait for 30 - 60 seconds before entering the assessment.
Step 18: After the timer ends, you will be directed into the assessment, where an Instructions pop-up
will appear.
For MCQ:
Step 19: The questions will be displayed on the left side, with the answer options on the right side.Step 20: Select the correct answer option and click Next to navigate to the next question.
Step 21: The number of sections in the test will be visible in the top-left corner of the screen. You can click
on the section name to move between sections.For Coding:
Step 22: The problem statement will appear on the left side, and the code editor on the right side.
Step 23: You can select the programming language from the dropdown menu at the top-right corner of
the code editor.Step 24: The Compile and Run and Submit Code buttons will be available at the bottom of the screen.
• Compile and Run: This option checks for errors in your code. If errors are found, a
compilation error message will appear. If there are no errors, the sample test case status will
be displayed.• Submit Code: Click this button to evaluate the hidden test cases and receive marks. After
submitting, the results will display the number of test cases passed or failed.
• Ensure you submit the code for every question to secure marks
Step 25: To end the assessment, click on Submit Test in the top-right corner. Type END in the provided
space and confirm the submission.Step 26: After completing the assessment, you can log out of your account
Step 27: To close the Neo Browser, click on Exit button from the top right corner of the window.
Step 28: It will ask for confirmation to exit. Click Yes.Step 29: Once again, the system will ask for confirmation to make changes in the device. Click Yes.
